            The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the bill on page two, line one after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and inserting in lieu thereof a comma and the words “with the following amendment:

            On page two, subsection 2.10 by striking out the underlined subsection 2.10 in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following “2.10. “Trade Name” means any name used by a person to identify a business or vocation of such person.” ”
